One year made all the difference (June 2011-June 2012). All I did was change my lifestyle to “clean” eating and lifting heavy/running/any other fun exercise! Little changes here and there add up to a big difference! Probably only about 5lbs difference in weight as well (less now).
Okay. This was the photo that stopped me from eating crap. A few people have messaged me saying that they’re binging again. Look at this photo. Does it disgust you? It makes me cringe! Every time I go to Maccas, or anywhere unhealthy, I think of this image and it completely stops me from craving anything unhealthy (:
And suddenly I’m incredibly happy I am 1 week binge free! No nasties!
I was actually about to get up to get some pop and chips……needless to say I think I’m not hungry anymore
I completely believe in “everything in moderation,” but this really puts things in perspective.
