For the past year I've been exercising and eating healthy and it's been the best decision of my life. I used to hate salad would eat greasy fries, drink soda and would eat way past my limit. Now I looove salads haven't touched soda, eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm comfortably full and have changed my life. My weekly workout routine is body pump on Mondays and Thursdays, zumba on Monday and Tuesday, and I'm currently working on the May Blogilates Calendar. I reached my UGW of 125 last summer and ever since school started it's been a struggle to maintain that weight so I'm done with the scale it only brings disappointment and now I just look in the mirror and love what I see. Bodies don't need numbers to be perfect :) Through this journey my self confidence has sky rocketed and I know this is only the beginning, so join me on my path to a healthy and beautiful life.

Yoga Lovers?

Hey so I’m still a beginner with yoga and haven’t been taking it seriously but I’ve noticed some girls saying they conquered a special move, so I was wondering if there is a list out there that slightly gets harder towards the end so you can check off each move?

Weight Lifting Dumb Bells
